Learn the Art and Practice of Holistic Life Coaching
An eight-month professional training program where you’ll learn how to work with clients, guide coaching conversations, and develop your own approach to life coaching.
People become interested in coaching for different reasons. Some are looking for a new professional direction. Others have spent years exploring personal development and would like to use that experience in their work. And some are simply curious about what it would be like to support people professionally.
Whatever brings you here, there’s something worth understanding about coaching. Being interested in people, enjoying meaningful conversations, or having considerable personal experience doesn’t automatically mean you know how to coach. Coaching is a professional skill, and like any skill, it takes time, learning, and practice to develop.
That’s where TT Coaching comes in.
TT Coaching is an eight-month professional training program that teaches you how to become a holistic life coach. You’ll start with the foundations, so previous coaching education isn’t necessary.
You’ll learn how to structure coaching sessions, ask useful questions, listen and respond to clients, and work with different coaching methods. You’ll also practice these skills during live Zoom workshops, including supervised coaching exercises.
What makes TT Coaching different is the way we approach the person sitting in front of us. I don’t believe people can always be understood through their thoughts, goals, and behaviors alone. Their emotions, physical experiences, relationships, values, and deeper desires can be just as important. Sometimes a client knows exactly what they want to change but still finds it difficult to live differently.
In TT Coaching, you’ll learn how to work with these different aspects of human experience without turning every coaching conversation into an investigation of what’s wrong.
The program combines established coaching methods with original TT Coaching techniques I’ve developed through my work as a coach and educator since 2009. Throughout the training, I want you to develop more than a collection of coaching techniques. I want you to understand what you’re doing well enough to gradually find your own way of working with people.
No previous coaching education is required.

What Makes TT Coaching Different?
Learning to See the Whole Person
One of the things I’ve noticed through years of coaching is that people often understand their problems surprisingly well. They know why they’re dissatisfied with their work, why certain relationships are difficult, or why they keep responding in the same way. They may have read books, attended workshops, and spent years working on themselves.
Yet understanding something doesn’t always mean being able to experience it differently.
In TT Coaching, we explore how thoughts, emotions, physical experiences, personal values, and relationships influence the way people live. We also give attention to what clients want to experience, rather than focusing entirely on what they want to overcome. You’ll learn to work with these different dimensions without assuming that every difficulty has a hidden cause or needs another technique to fix it.
Established Coaching Methods and Original TT Coaching Tools
You’ll learn recognized coaching methods such as GROW and the Wheel of Life, along with original techniques developed within TT Coaching. Each method serves a purpose. Some help clients clarify goals, some open new perspectives, and others support people in recognizing familiar patterns or making practical decisions.
But knowing a technique isn’t the same as knowing when to use it.
Throughout the program, we’ll explore how to choose an approach that fits the client and the situation, rather than trying to fit every conversation into a particular model.
Learn Through Practice, Not Just Theory
You can read extensively about coaching and still feel uncertain when someone sits down in front of you and asks for help. That’s why practical exercises are an important part of TT Coaching.
During the training, you’ll work with other participants, practice different coaching skills, and take part in supervised coaching conversations. You’ll have opportunities to experience both sides of the coaching relationship and receive feedback on your work.
You’ll also discover that a useful coaching conversation doesn’t always need to end with an impressive insight or a long action plan. Sometimes helping someone see their situation more clearly is already an important step.
Develop Your Own Coaching Style
I don’t believe every coach should sound the same. Some people naturally ask thoughtful questions. Others are particularly good at listening, noticing details, or helping clients organize their thoughts. These qualities can become valuable parts of your coaching style when they’re supported by professional knowledge and practical skills.
My intention is not to teach you to copy the way I coach. It’s to give you enough understanding and experience to make thoughtful decisions during a session and gradually develop an approach that feels natural to you.
Who Is This Program For?
TT Coaching is designed for people who want to become life coaches, including those who have never participated in coaching education before.
Some participants already have experience with mindfulness, meditation, or personal development. Others are discovering coaching for the first time. Both can find a place in the program.
You may be interested in TT Coaching if you’re considering a new professional direction, enjoy working with people, or want to understand how professional coaching conversations work. The program may also appeal to you if you’re interested in emotions, personal values, recurring patterns, and the broader dimensions of human experience.
Because the workshops take place live, TT Coaching is particularly suitable for people who prefer interactive learning, practical exercises, and direct contact with their trainer rather than studying entirely through prerecorded lessons.
You don’t need to follow a particular spiritual philosophy or have previous experience working with clients. The program begins with the foundations and builds on them throughout the eight months.
What Will You Learn?
The TT Coaching curriculum combines foundational coaching education, established coaching models, holistic coaching methods, and practical training.
1. Foundations of Professional Coaching
You’ll begin by learning what professional coaching involves and how a coaching relationship is established. We’ll explore the role of a life coach, the differences between coaching, counseling, therapy, mentoring, and consulting, and the importance of professional ethics and clear agreements with clients.
You’ll practice active listening, asking useful questions, reflecting what you hear, and structuring coaching sessions. We’ll also work with client goals, motivation, personal values, decision-making, and the different stages of change.
An important part of this stage is learning how to support clients without taking responsibility for their decisions or trying to solve every problem for them. You’ll also have opportunities to reflect on why you want to become a coach and what kind of work you would eventually like to do.
2. Coaching Models and Practical Tools
Coaching models can be particularly helpful when you’re learning how to structure conversations. You’ll explore established approaches such as the GROW model and the Wheel of Life, alongside original TT Coaching methods, including the Goal Fan, YouNFT, the Labyrinth of Life, and FRTC.
Rather than simply memorizing the steps of each method, you’ll learn what it is useful for, how to introduce it to a client, and how to recognize when another approach might work better.
We’ll also look at common situations in which clients struggle to make decisions, recognize their own needs, or put their understanding into practice.
3. Holistic Coaching and the Human Experience
Holistic coaching considers different aspects of a person’s experience without reducing everything to a question of mindset or behavior.
During this part of the program, we’ll explore emotions and their place in coaching conversations, recurring personal patterns, automatic reactions, and somatic awareness. We’ll also work with personal values, deeper desires, intuition, spiritual meaning, and the difference between understanding a problem and actually being able to experience life differently.
You’ll learn how to approach these subjects without imposing interpretations on clients or assuming that every emotional or physical experience has a hidden meaning.
We’ll also discuss professional boundaries, particularly when clients bring sensitive emotional experiences or spiritual beliefs into a coaching conversation.
4. Advanced Coaching and Communication Skills
As the training progresses, you’ll work with more complex coaching situations and communication methods. We’ll explore the DISC communication model, different levels of communication, and approaches to working with uncertainty, conflicting desires, and recurring patterns.
You’ll learn how to conduct introductory coaching sessions, recognize and respond to client needs, and evaluate progress in the coaching relationship.
Case studies and practical examples will help you understand how different methods can be used in real situations, while developing greater flexibility in the way you guide conversations.
5. Individual Coaching Programs and Group Coaching
Not every coaching service consists of a series of individual sessions with the same structure. You’ll explore how to create individual coaching programs, organize sessions around specific objectives, and consider the appropriate duration and format of your work.
The training also introduces group coaching, workshops, and mastermind groups, including some of the differences between facilitating a group and working with one client.
We’ll discuss practical aspects of professional coaching as well, including structuring coaching packages, developing service offers, and determining prices.
6. Supervised Coaching Practice
Practical coaching exercises form an important part of the training. You’ll have opportunities to coach other participants, experience coaching from the client’s perspective, and observe how different people approach similar situations.
During supervised exercises, we’ll discuss what happened in the conversation, what was useful, and what might be approached differently. These discussions can be just as valuable as the exercises themselves because they help you recognize details you might not have noticed while coaching.
The purpose isn’t to make every session perfect. It’s to help you recognize what you’re doing, understand why you’re doing it, and become increasingly comfortable working with clients.
How the Training Works
TT Coaching is delivered entirely online through live Zoom workshops. The program lasts eight months, with two workshops each month. Each workshop is three hours long, giving you a total of 48 hours of live group training.
The workshops combine teaching, discussion, demonstrations, practical exercises, and supervised coaching practice. You won’t be expected to understand everything immediately. We’ll begin with the fundamentals and gradually introduce more advanced subjects as your knowledge and experience develop.
Between workshops, you’ll have time to review educational materials, revisit recordings, and reflect on what you’ve learned. Because the training takes place live, you’ll also have opportunities to ask questions, exchange experiences with other participants, and discuss situations that arise during practical exercises.
What If You Miss a Workshop?
Recordings will be available so you can revisit the material or catch up on a workshop you couldn’t attend. However, certain practical and supervised exercises are part of the certification requirements and may require active participation.
Certification and Accreditation
TT Coaching is a professional life coach training program with CPD and ICAHP accreditation.
After successfully completing the training and meeting the program’s assessment requirements, you’ll receive a TT Coaching certificate issued in English. Certification requirements include participation in supervised coaching exercises and successful completion of the final written examination.
These requirements are intended to ensure that participants understand the principles of professional coaching and can demonstrate their practical application.
Professional coaching regulations and credential requirements vary between countries. TT Coaching certification is an educational qualification and does not automatically provide an ICF credential or a government-issued professional license.
Meet Your Trainer
Tomislav Tomic
I’m the founder of TT Coaching Academy and the creator of the TT Coaching program.
I’ve worked professionally in coaching, mindfulness, and personal development since 2009, and I began developing my coaching education programs in 2012.
Before entering this field, I worked as a lawyer. My interest in meditation and personal development eventually led me toward a different professional direction, and over time, teaching and coaching became the central part of my work.
During these years, I’ve learned that coaching is not simply about knowing which question to ask next.
People don’t always need another explanation of why they feel stuck. Sometimes they need help recognizing what they actually want. At other times, they need an opportunity to explore an emotion, consider a decision, or become aware of something they’ve overlooked. And sometimes they simply need someone who can listen without trying to fix everything.
These experiences have influenced the way I teach coaching. I value professional methods and clear structures, but I also want future coaches to become comfortable with the more human side of the work, including uncertainty, emotions, silence, and the fact that no two clients are exactly alike.
That’s the approach I bring to TT Coaching.
